The lengthy and complicated recording of work times was a stimulus to the project. Time attendance and activity recording on paper or digital spreadsheets is a process-intensive process for larger companies. Therefore, it was up to us to design a system that would shorten the process and make these records more transparent.
Reporting and Time Management are one of the main parts of the system. The submitter logs into the system and can easily add a time record to a particular day, project and activity. A description can be added to each record, thus specifying the records, which makes the time record report more transparent. There is a tool for the administrator to evaluate all the data in the system. It is possible to combine different advertisers, activities, projects and time spans to evaluate endless combinations of reports. The Dashboard is used to provide a comprehensive overview of the logged-in user's logs, where they can find detailed information about their logs.
